Dining hall at Rivendale Resort

All meals from bed-tea to dinner are provided at Rivendale, consisting of wholesome, tasty and nutritious food served in a wide variety with the residents' medical requirements in mind. Individual dietary needs are taken into consideration. Frequent changes are made to the menu to offer greater variety and add seasonal availabilities. No additional food is expected for the residents other than the meal supplements due to medical reasons. All food served excluding bread are prepared in-house and Rivendale Resort has earned a reputation for its tasty food.

The main meals are offered in the large restaurant that, with its open sides, offers a magnificent view of the Bolgoda Lake and almost always has a cool breeze blowing across it. Common dining encourages group interaction, making the meals a social function rather than a mundane chore. While rooms allow privacy, communal living and involvement is encouraged. Rooms are provided with facilities to make tea / coffee at their own convenience.

Residents who are unable to join the dining are served meals in their respective rooms. Visitors for the residents are always welcome and with prior notice, they too can join their loved ones at meals for a nominal fee, a facility we know is appreciated
