Rivendale Resort is owned by Andorra Resorts (Pvt.) Ltd. A company formed for the exclusive purpose of providing elders care facilities. To ensure proper care for residents at Rivendale Resort the Directors have taken up residence at the Resort.

Our endeavor is to make Rivendale Resort the most prestigious Retirement Community in the country. We accept that the ideal is the parents being looked after by the children in their own homes, but we understand the practical limitations of such an attempt in this day and age. Even in their own homes loneliness can be the worst enemy of an elder.

Ours is not a charitable organization and we do not accept handouts from the Government, NGOs or the public. Our services are targeted for the upper middle class society's elders who were accustomed to a quality service in their life and expect the same in their sunset years and can financially afford such a service.

We will never forget the fact that every resident of Rivendale had been the head of his/her own home and were used to a standing and life and wishes to be treated in the same manner.

Rivendale is located on 3 acres of prime property by the Bolgoda Lake, and consists of 12 rooms of 2 star standard and 6 superior rooms for those who wish still better facilities offering more space, facilities and privacy.

During the past 4 years in operation Rivendale has established benchmark in accommodation, food, service, care, service, location and environment that made Rivendale Resort the ultimate in Retirement Communities in the country and at still keeps the price affordable.

Our goal is to achieve a reputation where children could be proud to feel and say that Rivendale looks after their parents. We expect the other organizations to follow us, for we cannot possibly cater for everyone’s need. But we also understand the practical difficulties in surpassing our standards.
